

Michael Long, beloved husband, father, grandfather, and cherished cowboy, passed away peacefully on July 15 the age of 74. He is survived by his loving wife, Karon, his daughters Chrissie and Trish, and a host of other family members and friends who will deeply miss him.
In heaven, Mike is reunited with his daughter, Angie, his brother Pat, his parents, and all the beloved dogs, horses, and other animals he cared for throughout his life. His compassionate heart touched the lives of both humans and animals alike, leaving a lasting impact on all who knew him.
Mike’s legacy of kindness and strength will be carried on by his family: daughter Chrissies, son-in-law Abe, grandsons Cash, and Cortland; daughter Trish, son-in-law Ryan, grandson Blake, and granddaughters Addilynn and Karena. His presence brought warmth and joy to their lives, and his memory will forever be cherished.
Mike was known for his cowboy spirit, which defined his character and endeared him to many. He lived a life guided by integrity and hard work, leaving behind a legacy of love and perseverance.
Though our hearts are heavy with grief, we find solace in the countless memories we shared with Mike. His laughter, wisdom, and unwavering love will continue to inspire us all.
The family expresses deep gratitude for the outpouring of support during this difficult time. Mike’s life will be celebrated in a private ceremony with close family and friends on August, 31 2024. He will be next to Angie without pain.
Mike, our cowboy, may you ride on peacefully in the great beyond. You will forever remain in our hearts, and your spirit will guide us until we meet again.
