Misty lived with a fierce and quiet strength. Life placed many obstacles in her path, yet she met each one with courage, resilience, and an ability to rise again. She carried a big heart, a generous spirit, and a deep longing simply to be seen and loved for who she truly was.
The truest joy of Misty’s life was being a mother. Her daughters, Miah Raelynn (13) and Sunni Dai (7), were her whole world. She loved doing arts and crafts with them, playing together, being silly, watching their personalities bloom, and celebrating every milestone. She delighted in their laughter, their creativity, and the bond they shared. Misty’s love for her girls was limitless, and she poured her heart into their lives every single day.
Misty was also full of dreams and vision. She had recently begun working on a project she was incredibly excited about — a tiny home community she called Novanest. She had big plans, big ideas, and a beautiful hope for her future. Her determination to build something meaningful was a reflection of her spirit.
She loved being outdoors, riding her scooter, camping, fishing, and finding peace in nature. Misty was funny, caring, creative, and had a light inside her that shone even in her hardest moments.
Misty is survived by her mother, Elizabeth Mattick, and her stepdad, Cory Regan, who has been a part of her life for the past ten years. She is also survived by her treasured daughters, Miah and Sunni; her brothers, Jacob Cobb and Derek Cobb; and her grandparents, David and Joyce Cobb.
A private moment of remembrance will be held for immediate family to say goodbye.
Arrangements are being handled by Allnutt Funeral Service – Hunter Chapel.
Misty’s love, her dreams, and her spirit will continue to live on in her daughters and in the hearts of everyone who loved her.
“Where there is love, there is no goodbye.”
