Paul Ray Henderson

Paul Henderson, 72, of Wichita Falls, Texas, passed away surrounded by those who loved him. Born on September 25, 1953, to W.D. and Edith Henderson, Paul grew up with a deep appreciation for family—a value that would guide his entire life.

Paul is survived by his daughter, Misty Henderson, and by the grandchildren who were the light of his world: Anthony Henderson, Mckenna Hopkins, Paul Hopkins, and Everett Anderson. He is also survived by his siblings Cathy Sieger, Margie Henderson, and Tee Petersen. He was preceded in death by his parents, by his brothers Stan Henderson and Johnny Henderson, and by many loved ones who welcomed him home.

Paul leaves behind his niece Malu Henderson; nephews William Henderson, Tov Henderson, Jacob Henderson, David Henderson, Connor Petersen, Colin Petersen, and Douglas Petersen; and a wide circle of extended family and friends—many of whom he considered family in every sense of the word.

A surgical technician by profession, Paul dedicated his career to helping others. His steady hands, calm presence, and genuine compassion made him a treasured colleague and caregiver.

Outside of work, he found joy in the simple pleasures of life: a day spent fishing, a lively card game, a well-timed joke, or a moment shared with family. Paul had a generous heart, a mischievous sense of humor, and an unmatched talent for bringing laughter to any room.

Most of all, he cherished time with his grandchildren, who brought him immense pride, purpose, and happiness.

Paul’s life was defined by love, service, and the countless memories he created with those fortunate enough to know him. His legacy lives on in the hearts of his family, his friends, and all those he touched with kindness.

A memorial service will be held at Allnutt Funeral Service, Hunter Chapel, located at 2100 North Lincoln Avenue, Loveland, Colorado. The service is scheduled for December 12, 2025, starting at 11:00 am.

Interment will take place on the same day at Greenlawn Cemetery, situated at County Road 1 & East State Hwy 56, Berthoud, Colorado.
