Ronald Rex Bland

Ron Bland was born November 14, 1944 in Concordia, Kansas to Rex and Florence Bland. His early education was in Kansas and Nebraska. His family moved in 1955 and resided in Loveland, Colorado, where he completed his education. He graduated from Loveland High School in 1964 and then attended Colorado State University. He worked at Hewlett Packard and later had a long career in sales. On December 31, 1966 he married Teresa Ann Kuntz. They had two sons, Terry Daniel and Timothy Alan. Preceding him in death were his parents, Rex and Florence Bland, and brother Bob McGuire. He is survived by his wife of 52 years, Teresa; his sons Terry (Kelly) and Tim of Loveland; grandchildren Dalton (Celest), Wade, Dillon and London of Loveland; brother Terry of Holly Lake, Texas; brothers and sisters in law; nieces and nephews. Ron was a devoted husband, father and grandfather. He enjoyed fishing, hunting and golf. In his younger years, he was an outstanding athlete and excelled in wrestling and football. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the R.R. Bland Memorial Fund.
