

Ronald "Ronnie" Gene Gardner, 63, of Laporte, Colorado, passed away Saturday, November 8, 2025 at his home. He was born on January 30, 1962 in Imperial, Nebraska, to Donald Gene Gardner and Delores Ilene Owens Haller.
Ronnie was raised in Madrid, Nebraska. He attended Evergreen High School in Evergreen, Colorado and went on to attend DIT in Colorado for mechanics. He worked as an auto scrap yard mechanic. He worked installing and repairing hardwood floors and then he worked for a concrete company.
Ronnie was married to Peggy Bacon Purcell for eight years and they had five children. He then married Pamela Reed Gardner on October 16, 1992 in Brighton, Colorado and they had two children. Ronnie and Pam were married for 33 wonderful years.
Since 2011, Ronnie has been disabled and enjoyed building canes by hand out of tree branches. He was a very generous and loving person and was always there to help anyone in need.
Ronnie is survived by his loving wife, Pam Gardner of Laporte; his ex-wife, Peggy Purcell of Brainerd, Minnesota; his daughters, Laci Gardner of Colorado, Diana Isom, Jessica Gardner, Tabatha Anderson and Heather Pierce all of Minnesota; son, Matthew Gardner of Ft. Collins, Colorado; brother, Dwight Dean Gardner of Wellington, Colorado and many grandchildren, including, Shane Gardner, Kaylee Gardner and Annabelle Gardner. He is also survived by his cousin, Susie Gardner Jones; nephews, Aaron Reed and Josh Reed and nieces, Kayla Reed, Sarah Reed and Linnae Purvis.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Delores Hallur and Donald Gardner and his son, Ronald Gardner, Jr.
A visitation will be held from 11:00 a.m.-1:00 p.m. Saturday, November 15, 2025 at Allnutt Funeral Service-Hunter Chapel, 2100 N. Lincoln Ave., Loveland, Colorado.
