

Theodore "Ted" Moley, 70, passed away on February 23, 2025, in Loveland, Colorado. Born on November 25, 1954, in Alexandria, Louisiana, Ted led a distinguished career in the field of information technology and service engineering.
Ted pursued higher education with dedication, earning a Bachelor of Arts and Sciences from the University of Delaware. He further honed his technical expertise by obtaining a degree as a Digital Electronics Computer Technician from Control Data Institute in Baltimore, Maryland. Throughout his career, he remained committed to professional growth, attending various management training seminars that enhanced his leadership skills.
With a career spanning multiple roles in technology and customer service, Ted worked as a Field Service Engineer, Help Desk Analyst, and IT Professional. His leadership abilities were evident as he supervised
more than 15 employees and earned an impressive 14 awards for Outstanding Customer Service. His commitment to excellence and problem-solving made him a valued colleague and mentor in his field.
Ted is survived by his son, Christopher Moley, Englewood, FL; his daughter, Angela Kerr, Port Charlotte, FL; and his sister, Janet Baker (Danny), Austin, TX. Ted is also survived by his domestic partner Terri
Lueck. He was predeceased by his daughter Dayna Moley; his parents, Colonel Charles A. Moley and Marie A. Moley; his sister Veronica Carr; and his brother Richard Moley.
The family would like to thank Canyon Home Care & Hospice for their thoughtfulness and compassionate care particularly Jesse and Tamra.
Ted’s legacy is one of dedication to his profession and those he worked with. His contributions to the IT industry and his unwavering commitment to customer service will be remembered by colleagues and those who had the privilege of working alongside him. May his memory bring comfort to those who knew him.
Interment will be at Pine Forest Cemetery, Mount Dora, FL.
