She was a lifetime member of the Order of the Eastern Star, a member of the Girl Scouts of America, Oakland Chapter and also belonged to the Lake County Model A Club.
Bette was a longtime resident of Middletown, CA. She is survived by her husband Richard Morse of Middletown, CA; brother, Dean Swanson of Houston, TX; daughter, Deborah Forrest of Cobb, CA; and granddaughter Virginia Forrest of Middletown, CA
Services will be held at the Middletown Methodist Church on Saturday, March 15, 2014 at 11:00 a.m.
