Jose Albert Albert Rodriguez

Joe A. Rodriguez died on Monday, August 28, 2017 at the age of 68 in Clearlake. Born in Arecebo, Puerto Rico, and formerly of Hayward, Joe had lived in Lake County 20 years. He had worked as a roofer for 30 years.

Joe is survived by his wife of 20 years Kathleen Rodriguez of Clearlake, daughter Monica (Rodney) Hernandez of Tracy, son Johnny Rodriguez of Stockton, sister Rita Perez of Hayward, grandson Rodney Hernandez Jr. of Tracy, granddaughters Sabrina Hernandez of Chicago, Illinois, Jessie, Rosie, Brianna, Arianna Rodriguez all of Stockton, stepson Justin Welborn of San Antonio, TX, and stepgranddaughters Esme and Amelia Welborn of San Antonio, TX. Joe was preceded in death by his son Joey Rodriguez.

He was a loving and very generous person, a very hard working man who loved Puerto Rican music, playing guitar, and his Puerto Rican food, especially pasteles.

A Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday, September 9, 2017 beginning at Noon at the family home.
