Joseph is survived by his father Joe Homen, sister Cynthia Homen-Martin, and nephew Rocky S. Homen all of Clearlake, California.
Friends are invited to attend a visitation on Thursday, October 1, 2015 at Jones & Lewis Clear Lake Memorial Chapel in Lower Lake from 4 pm – 8 pm. Funeral services will be held at Jones & Lewis Clear Lake Memorial Chapel on Friday, October 2, 2015 beginning at 10:00. Interment will follow at Lower Lake Cemetery.
