Kathleen Ann Weiner

A native of Santa Rosa, California, and formery of Dillon Beach, California, Kathleen had lived in Lake County since January 1992. She had worked for the County of Lake and retired from the Department of Social Services after more than 20 years.

Kathleen is survived by her beloved husband of 27 years David A. Weiner of Middletown, California, daughters Bonnie Sears and husband Skip of Lakeport, California, Carrie Manning and husband Andy of Kelseyville, California, brother Theodore “Ted” Anderson of Phoenix, Arizona and sister Nancy Hansen and husband Ed of Pennsylvania. Kathleen is also survived by 5 grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren.

“Every years Christmas tree was the best tree ever! She loved to paint and draw and she was the most creative person I knew. She stood up for the underdog. She loved me fiercely and was absolutely loyal to the end, and I shall miss her very much”….(David Weiner)

At this time, no formal services will be held. If you’d like, please make memorial donations in Kathleen’s name and memory to any of the art programs for children, as those are programs that Kathleen felt very strongly about supporting.
