Nichole Marie Welborn

Nichole is survived by her only daughter Anezzia Richardson, to whom she was completely dedicated to, and loved so very much. Nichole is also survived by her grandmother Claire Stockum of Oregon, mother Kathy Rodriguez of Clearlake, father and stepmother Mr. & Mrs. Walter Welborn of Utah, brother Justin Welborn and nieces Esme and Amelia of Texas, sisters Brittany and Kristy Welborn of Utah, aunts and uncles Coleen and Mike Welborn of Arizona, Kevin and Janet Kennedy of Oregon, Donna and Jim Davis of Clearlake, Jim and Kim Kennedy of Lakeport, many cousins, her boyfriend Lamar Hernandez and many friends. She was preceded in death by her grandfather Francis Stockum and aunt Dawn Efestione.

Nichole was a very caring woman who was always there when someone was in need. She was also passionate about animals and rescued many over the years.
