Rex Eugene Duncan passed away November 9, 2012 in Saint Helena Hospital due to a long battle with cancer. He leaves behind three children: Jamie Lynn, Daniel and Latrisha Duncan; granddaughter Riley; Brother Joshua(Amber) Passmore; nephews: Matthew, Andrew and Zack of Lodi; grandparents Dorothy and Hubert Krumsiek; aunt Tammy Lundtoft; uncle John(Tammy) Krumsiek; cousins: Robert Lundtoft, Jennifer Lundtoft, James Clowers, Justin Krumsiek, John Krumsiek Jr. and Brittany Krumsiek and David Rank and several second cousins. He is preceded in death by mother Melanie Passmore.
Rex attended Burns Valley Elementary School, Oak Hill Middle School and Lower Lake High School.
