

His parents, Herbert and Elizabeth Jerram came here from England in 1912 with two of his three sisters; his one brother was also born here. Surviving are one nephew and six nieces.
Richard was known for his wonderful personality, sense of humor and huge heart. He worked for PG&E in the General Construction Line Department for 45 years starting in 1946. Prior to his employment with PG&E he was a proud member of the US Navy Seabees during WWII in Okinawa and was there on VJ Day.
He is survived by his wife Sylvia of 40 years with whom he kindly and lovingly gained 4 children; Daughter Darlene and (Dexter) Serpa of Clearlake, Son Chuck Kraft of Lower Lake, Son Bob Kraft of Clearlake. Son Jonathan Kraft preceded him by death in 1987.
He is also survived by his Grandchildren: Dexter Jr. (Tammy) Serpa, Deana (Craig) Clausen, Levi (Crystal) Kraft, and Great Grandchildren; Bailey and Madison Serpa, Hunter Clausen, Cora and Jayden Kraft; all of Lake County
Richard will be laid to rest next to John in the Lower Lake Cemetery. Please join us in honoring the life and memory of Richard on Feb. 20. 2015, 1 pm. Military Honors will be rendered by the US Navy under the auspices of the Lake County Funeral Honors Team. He will forever be remembered as a truly great man and will always be truly missed.
