I worked with Dick in the early 70's at Jones & Lewis. He taught me a lot about life and respecting others. I admired him so much that I asked him to be my best man when I married. He was a wonderful person who I have thought of many times over the years. May he rest in peace and a special love to his family.

I have many fond memories of Christmas at Richards parents home. I will always cherish  those Christmas memories, and my fond memories of Richard as well.

My Uncle Richard; you were so much like an older brother to me, just ten years my senior, and I looked up to you when you joined the navy in 1945 and resolved to do the same when I could take my turn to serve our country just ten years later. Ironically, I got to serve aboard a ship your father, my grandfather Herb Jerram, helped build at the shipyard in Los Angeles.
 I have so many fond memories of our families gathering about for the holidays, so many laughs and good times that you helped to make. I'll miss you very much.

Grandpa Jerram brings back SO many fun times I had growing up with Grandma and Grandpa Jerram. I think about them often and how they both helped shape my life.

On Feb. 6th we lost a beloved member of our family, my grandfather! We will truly miss his great smile and the boyish laugh he had when he thought he was getting away with something. He was such a big kid at heart, so kind and caring. I will forever cherish all the wonderful times we had. Grandpa, you will forever be in our hearts. I love you-

I know just how lucky I was to have this truly great man in my life. I'll always remember your smile, how you taught the girls to tie their shoes and color within the lines, your interesting WWII stories, your huge heart and our fun car journeys. When I worried about you most, you made me laugh and eased my fears when I should have been easing yours. In helping you, I became a better person. I hope your trip to Heaven was speedy and that there are endless trains and airplanes to play with. Grandpa you will forever be in my heart and remembered as one of the best men in my life.
