Barbara Ann Fulcher

Services for Barbara Ann Fulcher, age 75, Of Shallowater, TX will be held at 1:00 pm Wednesday, October 17, 2018 at Resthaven’s Abbey Chapel. Visitation will be held from 6-8pm on Tuesday October 16, 2018 at Resthaven Funeral Home.

Barbara was born on February 18, 1943 to Eunice and Boomer Smitherman in Lubbock, TX. She passed away on Sunday, October 14, 2018. Barbara was married to the late Pat Fulcher for several years and had 5 children. She was a member of the Church of Christ. Barbara was a nurse for over 30 years and was known as a strong, beautiful, full of energy, fun and loving mother and grandmother. She loved watching her great-grandkids play sports, especially football and was a huge Texas Tech Fan.

She was preceded in death by her parents; daughter and son in law, Kresha and Johnny Salas; brothers, Harold and Ronald Smitherman; sisters, Ruby Mae Russell, Loretta Petitt, Alma Nicholson and June Bates.

Barbara is survived by her 2 sons, Patrick Fulcher and wife Karen of Shallowater, Todd Fulcher and wife Cellai of Idalou; 2 daughters, Janetta Villarreal and husband Luis of Abernathy, Angela Links and husband Bobby of Shallowater; and 1 Brother, Bowmer Ray Smitherman of Lubbock. She had 13 grandchildren and 25 great-grandchildren.

Pallbearers are Landin Fulcher, Joe Villa, James Villarreal, Bobby Links Jr., Chris Links, Johnny Salas Jr., and Honorary Pallbearer, Aaron Rodriguez.
