Funeral services will be held on Saturday, February 5, 2011 at 10:00 am at Oakwood United Methodist Church. Burial will follow in Resthaven Memorial Park, and visitation will be on Friday, February 4, 2011 from 6-8 Pm at Resthaven Funeral Home.
Barbara was born on April 28, 1933 in Saltillo, Texas to Lassie and Gladys Nichols. She was a secretary to the Superintendent for the Bovina ISD for many years. She was a member of Oakwood United Methodist Church and an officer of the UMW at the church.
She is survived by her children; Sue Lagomarsino and her husband Fred of Corsicana, Cathy Rogers and her husband Mike of Lubbock, Richard Lowe and his wife Laura of Lubbock, and Bill Lowe and his wife Tina of Ropesville, five grandchildren; Josh and Rachel Rogers, Madelyn Lowe, Jake and Alex Lowe.
She was preceeded in death by her husband Carl Gene Lowe in 1994.
