Bobby married Linda Gordon on June 21, 1962 in Idalou. He was a farmer in the Idalou community for 43 years and was a member of Sunset Church of Christ.
He was preceded in death by his parents and brother, Jackey Ray Harkins and is survived by his wife; two daughters, Pam and husband Dave Fultz of Idalou, and Kayla and husband Andy Burcham of Lubbock; grandchildren: Andrea Fultz, Sarah and husband Carsten Russell, Landon Burcham, and Mason Burcham.
A Graveside Service will be held at 3:00 p.m., Saturday, January 27, 2018 at Resthaven Memorial Park.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorials to the Children’s Home of Lubbock.
