

Bryan Sean Hager, age 52, passed away peacefully at home on November 20, 2025, at 5:58 p.m. in Lubbock, Texas, after a courageous battle with cancer. He was surrounded by his family and loved ones, held in the same devotion and fierce love that he showed to them every day of his life.
Born in Whittier, California, Bryan lived with a combination of strength, humor, loyalty, and heart. He was a devoted husband, a proud father, a cherished son, a loyal brother, a loving uncle, and a supportive brother-in-law, as well as a steadfast friend. Protective, hardworking, strong, and funny, Bryan had a way of making people feel safe, supported, and understood.
Bryan’s life was marked by service, dedication, and determination. He served in the United States Air Force, worked on the railroad for 16 years, and later became a business owner. He believed in having integrity, hard work and helping others.
Bryan is survived by his wife of 20 years, Amber, who was his best friend and the love of his life; his sons, Austin (18) and Wyatt (17), who were his pride and greatest joy; his mother, Linda; and his brother, Chad. He was preceded in death by his father, Clyde. Bryan is also lovingly remembered by many nieces, nephews, extended family members, and friends who were truly family to him.
His hobbies reflected his commitment to strength and wellness, especially his love for health and fitness. Bryan’s presence filled every room, steady and full of life. His humor brought light to heavy moments, and his courage inspired everyone who walked beside him. His legacy of love, loyalty, and resilience will continue to guide those who cherished him.
A private celebration of life with family will be held in Texas, followed by a celebration of life in California at a later date.
The family will forever hold Bryan in their hearts, honoring his memory through the strength, love, and unity he gave them.
