

Chase Paden McAlister, 21, of Lubbock passed away April 15, 2013 as a result of injuries sustained in a motor vehicle accident. Visitation will be held Thursday April 18, 2013 from 2:00pm until 4:00pm at Resthaven. A memorial service celebrating Chases life will be Friday April 19, 2013 at 4:00 pm in Resthaven’s Abbey Chapel.
He was born in Lubbock on March 1, 1992. The son of Perry and Dianna (Hopson) McAlister.
Chase graduated from Coronado High School in 2010. Chase had a passion for music and hoped to one day pursue a career in the industry. He was a drummer and loved producing and writing his own beats. He also loved animals and his patience and genuine spirit allowed him to love young children as well. He was a great and kind hearted son, brother, relative, and friend.
Preceding him in death were grandparents Bobby and Mary McAlister.
Chase is also survived by his twin brother Chance McAlister; older sister Cassie Flynn; grandparents Linda Spaugh, David and Carol Hopson, Chuck and Peggy Spaugh; several aunts, uncles, and cousins.
