Claire Ruby Hannaway, infant, of Lubbock, grew her wings and went to be with her heavenly Father on Tuesday, December 8, 2009, at her residence surrounded by her loving family. She was born on September 20, 2009, in Lubbock.
Funeral services will be held at 1pm on Saturday, December 12, 2009, at Resthaven’s Abbey Chapel with Dr. James Egan officiating. Burial will follow in Resthaven Memorial Park. Visitation will be held on Friday, December 11, 2009, from 6:30pm to 8:30pm at Resthaven Funeral Home. Those left to cherish her memories are her parents: Joey and Angie (Johnson) Hannaway of Lubbock; grandparents: Joe and Linda Johnson of Ft. Worth, Julie Sladek and Artie Davila of Arlington, Earl and Charlotte Hannaway of Brooksville, Florida; great grandparent: Madonna Lindley of Red Oak; aunts: Renee and husband James Altendorf of Ft. Worth and Jessica Sladek of Arlington; as well as several other loving family members that will miss her.
