She was born in Hamilton County to W.V. McLearen and May Thompson on October 12th 1939. Cuppie grew up on a farm and attended Gorman High School. She married Robert Dean Rasco May 18, 1957. Together they started a family. Cuppie worked at an elementary school, then at Sears, and later at the County courthouse. Besides tending to her sons and loving her husband, Cuppie enjoyed baking pies, spending time with family and playing bingo with friends.
She was survived by Ronald Rasco and Steve Rasco, her grandchildren Jeremy, Tobin, Shelby, Hunter, Tanner, and lastly her brother Donald McLearen.
Graveside service will be held at 11:00am Monday March 3rd, at Resthaven Memorial Park, Lubbock Texas.
