He is survived by his wife, Vickie; daughters, Bobbi Koch and Amy Fowler Jones; sons, Shannon Fowler, Ross Hail and Sheldon Fowler; sister, Lu Ann Neal; brothers, Thomas and Jimmy Fowler; 13 grandchildren; 6 great grandchildren along with a host of friends.
He was preceded in death by his parents and sister, Martha Allen.
David was known as a family man, always willing to help a family member or a friend with anything that they needed. Was a gracious and humble man. He loved the outdoors and hunting. He was a man you could count on.
Visitation for family and friends will be from 5 to 7 PM, Sunday, April 6th at Resthaven
Funeral Home.Funeral service will be Monday, April 7, 2014 at 11 AM at First Baptist Church in Smyer with burial to follow at Smyer Cemetery.
