Debbie was the beloved daughter of Gary and Pat Oakley, a sister to Karmen (Mark) Blackstock, an aunt to Kelsea Blackstock, a niece to David Wright, Dianne McNabb, Sue (Larry) Newman and treasured by numerous other relatives and friends.
She was born in Lubbock, Texas on May 27th, 1961. Debbie graduated from Frenship High School and went on to receive her Associates degree from South Plains College.
Debbie worked as a graphic artist and press operator for Key Printing Arts, a family business. She loved card games and dominos & her greatest joy was spending time with her family and going to Ruidoso.
Her memorial service will be held at 11:00am, Saturday, April 24th at Resthaven Abbey Chapel (masks required). In lieu of flowers the family suggests donations to Lubbock Meals on Wheels in Debbie’s name.
