Debbie was born in Amarillo, Texas on October 20, 1957, to Duane and Clo Parker. She later moved to Lubbock, where she graduated from Monterey High School. After high school, she was a full-time mother and enjoyed being around friends and family. Debbie was known to light up a room and always made people laugh.
Debbie is survived by her mother, Clo and stepfather AJ Harvey of Lubbock; her brother, Marcus Parker of Santa Fe, New Mexico; her oldest son, Ryan and daughter-in-law Amanda of Lubbock; her youngest son, Aaron and daughter-in-law Kheila of Melissa, and her 5 grandchildren: William, Adalynn, Caleb, Abby, and Haleigh.
A graveside service will be held at Resthaven Memorial Park on Monday, August 23, 2021, at 2:00pm. A small gathering will be held immediately following the service at her mother’s house for friends and family.
