Dewie Rothwell had one of the kindest, gentlest and most generous giving spirits of anyone I have ever known. He would have given the shirt off his back if it had been needed. Whenever I saw him, he always wanted to talk about politics, family history and he kept his mind vibrant and fresh. He was loved by many and will be missed terribly by Priscilla and her girls. Heaven certainly received another saint and I'm sure the angels are still rejoicing. God bless you all!!
