Doris Jackson

Doris was a devoted wife, mother, homemaker, and MeMe. Throughout her years, she loved to support her daughters and be involved in their many activities. She showed her love of her friends and family by cooking, crafting, and playing games together. Doris was a member of Lubbock Primitive Baptist Church. 

Doris is survived by children, Belva (Allen) Lester, Belinda Durham, Lori (Jeff) VanPelt; grandchildren, Brandon Cage, Breana Duncan, Heather Tressler, Dale Lester, Bryce Dehn, Jacob VanPelt, Jared VanPelt; sixteen great-grandchildren; siblings, Dorothy (Lon) Martin, Rita Little; and numerous nieces and nephews. 

She is preceded in death by her parents, Walter and Minnie Underdown; siblings, Ebby Davis and Margaret Phipps, and Lawrence Jackson.
