Dorothy Margaret Baughn Mitchell, 90, of Clarkdale, MS leftthis world for her eternal home on Wednesday, November 16, 2016. She was born in Kansas, AL on January 15, 1926 to Olien andMary Margaret (O’Mary) Baughn. She married Cleo Bruce Mitchell on June 5, 1950in Columbus, MS.She is survived by three sons, Roger (BillieAnn) Mitchell,Grant (Jane) Mitchell and Preston Mitchell; two daughters, MaryAnn (Robert)Parker,and Cindy Miller; a sister, Bertha Smith; nine grandchildren and eighteengreat-grandchildren.She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband Bruce,a son, Mark Mitchell and two brothers, George “Buddy” Baughn and Lenell Baughn.She was a member of Goodway United Pentecostal Church inMarks, MS. Known for her good cooking and sweet spirit, Sister Mitchell was aninspiration and encourager to all who knew her.
