Funeral services will be held on Thursday, May 9, 2012 at Redbud Baptist Church at 2:00 pm with Rev. Shon Wagner officiating, burial will follow in Resthaven Memorial Park. Visitation will be held on Wednesday, May 8, 2012 from 4-6 pm at Resthaven Funeral Home.
She was born on December 24, 1919 at Richland Springs, Texas. Her family moved to a farm near O’Donnell, Tx and she graduated from that High School where she was an all-star basketball player. She married W.J. Napper. Dot lived in a number of locations and worked in the public for many years in Big Spring, Tx. Her final home was made in Lubbock in 1994 and made many friends.
She is survived by her two children, Patsy Soucy of Lubbock and James Napper and his wife Sylvia of Richland, MS., one stepson, Jan Napper; 5 grandchildren, 9 great grandchildren and three great-great grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband, three brothers and two sisters.
