My Condolence goes out to the family of Edgar.  I met Edgar in the 6th grade, I was his ESL teacher assistant, and he was so sweet and such a gentleman, always respectful, and very eager to know English.
His face would light up the class room, I sure loved him as a student and as a friend.  He always reached out to give his help and to teach the word of GOD.  This is so hard to except his absents, but he is going to be missed very much.   My prayers will continue to be with the family,  Anita Campos de loya

My dear Uncle Edgar. I feel so special to have you as part of my family.  I will never forget all you did for me, I can still remember all the text messages you sent letting me know how special I am and how much God loves me. I will always appreciate all the help you sent me when I was in college, you used to pay for my text books😭 thanks to your support I can now be a teacher and have better opportunities in life. You didn't have to help me but you did, it's not the money you spent on me what I appreciate it's your love and support, you were always there for me. I am so glad for the last time I saw you , I was able to thank you and hugged you hard. You said you were proud of me and  that means a lot❤️ You will always have a special place in my heart. I wish I could be more like you. I admire you and love you.🕊️

Praise God he's resting in the arms of JESUS.  He was a good minister, a very kind and loving person. He will be missed greatly! He was a good friend and spiritual brother to my husband who passed 3 years ago. May his family continue to serve GOD & JESUS  in The church of GOD of the Firstborn.  Love ❤️  and prayers 🙏  for his family.

I was heartbroken to hear about Edgar’s passing . My deepest condolences. I can only imagine the pain you all  are feeling.

Me and my husband were so happy to have you and Veronica be a part of our special day! You didn’t even hesitate to say yes when we asked if y’all would be a part of the wedding! It was a blessing knowing you Brother Edgar. I remember when I moved to Lubbock you and your wife open yakld doors of the church for me and accept me and my kids. I remember when I would get so nervous because I was scared you would call on me to say something about the world or to read or to praise God but am so thankful you did . You were a great example to me. And thank you for always pushing me to do things in church I was to nervous to do. I will forever be grateful to God for allowing me to be part of your congregation while there..you will be missed..

I don’t know how to find the right words, because how do you sum up a life so beautifully lived? You were not just my brother—you were my friend, my protector, my greatest confidant my entire life . You always looked out for me. You were there in every way that mattered, steady and unwavering, always reminding me that no matter what life threw our way, we had each other.
I’ll never forget all the talks we had—about everything and nothing, all at the same time. You had this way of making even the simplest moments feel profound, of turning ordinary conversations into something meaningful. I often catch myself thinking about those talks and the way your voice would lift when you were excited, or that sly smile that always let me know you were about to drop some bit of wisdom disguised as a joke. It’s those tiny details, that keep playing over and over in my mind. 
You had this incredible way of bringing people together. It wasn’t just your kindness. It was the way you made everyone feel like they belonged. You didn’t care about status or even what they could do against you—you saw people for who they really were, and you loved them regardless . That’s what made you so special. That’s what made you you. ♥️
I am so grateful to have had you in my life, to have shared this journey with you. You taught me what it means to love without limits, to show up even when it’s hard. You taught me the importance of family, the importance of faith…not just in words but in the way you lived every single day. There wasn’t a time when I couldn’t count on you, (and I’m sure I speak for many of us out here). You were faithfully there, no questions asked. It’s hard to imagine moving forward without you, to think of a world where your voice..your laughter no longer fills the room. You were the glue that held us all together and you will always be a part of me. . I hope you know just how much you meant to me. How much you meant to so many. I love you, brother. Edgar, it was always a good day when we got to hang out. You are a true representation of Christ’s love and forgiveness in this world and your example lit the way for many of us navigating through the darkness. You lived your life as a model Christian, husband, father, son, brother, friend, and I am better for having known you. Whether preaching, driving us around in Juarez, telling a kind story, or even asking Alexa to “play bible trivia” at my house every memory I have of you will always be a cherished one.

I’m happy knowing that you’re in heaven now and you can finally rest peacefully!! Your heart was so pure and full of happiness and love, I thank God everyday that he gave me a tio like you.
