Eleanor was born September 8, 1934 in Altus, Ok to S.H. and Ethel Locklear. She married Ivan Schneider in Carlsbad, NM and moved to Lubbock in 1965.
Eleanor ran a day care center in her home for many years and was known as Nanny to many children, including her grandchildren.
Survivors include her daughters, Cynthia Long, Madonna Pergola, sons David Goodgion and Lee Chafin, 7 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren.
