He is survived by his wife of 65 years Jane Riley and sons Rick Riley of Pflugerville, TX, and Jerry Riley of McKinney, TX.
He leaves behind six grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren.
Frank was the owner and operator with his wife, Jane of Riley Burger restaurant in Lubbock, TX for 25 years from 1964 until 1989.
