Frankie Lee was born August 28, 1964 in Beaumont, Texas to the late Billy Joe and Oleta (Nance) Fuller.
Frankie was employed as a manager at Bolton Oil for 9 years. She married the love of her life, Allan Thrasher, October 18, 2002 in Lubbock, Texas.
Those left to honor and cherish her memory are her loving husband, Allan, children; Amanda Chandler and husband, Jay of Portales, NM, Amy Adkins and husband Andrew of Lubbock, Carl York and wife, Amber of Athens, Texas, sisters; Mary Franks and husband Mike of Lubbock, JoAnn Smith of Abilene, brothers; John Fuller and wife, Wendy of Shreveport, LA. And Billy Fuller and wife, Chrissy, of Dallas and grandchildren; Wyatt, Reece and Rilee Chandler, Lexie, Andrea, and Porter Adkins, Jason, Jayden, Jacob and Haylie York.
