Gina "NaNa" Leona Uselton

She grew up in Texas, California and New Mexico. Gina was one of four siblings, Teresa, James, John and Peggy. During childhood she played girl's football and became a cosmetologist. She was proud of her awards she received in cosmetology and how great she did. She graduated from Lubbock High and went on to Texas Tech for a short time.

Gina was a daydreamer, she loved decorating, drawing and comedy. She was also full of random facts and loved to collect antiques.

Gina was a constant in many peoples lives but her children were always what mattered most. She was a mother to Audrea and Shelby and a grandmother to Alyssa, Ashton, Maelynn and Callynn. She loved to travel with them and spend quality time with them. She was a dog mom to two Husky's, Kano and Malina.

Gina lost a long, hard fought battle with Covid, on Friday, January 21, 2022. She is missed beyond words.

Survivors include her daughters, grandchildren and many other family and life-long friends.

A funeral service will occur Wednesday, February 2, 2022 at 2:00 PM, 5740 19th St., Lubbock, Texas. A reception will occur Wednesday, February 2, 2022 at 3:00 PM, 5740 19th St., Lubbock, Texas.
