

Glenn Jeffcoat was born October 28, 1933, in New Deal, TX and was the youngest of six. He married the love of his life, Edna Emberson, in April 1955 and had two children together. Glenn went to be with the Lord on February 9th, 2025. Throughout his life, he was a devoted husband, father, PawPaw, and friend to all.
Glenn proudly served in the Navy during the Korean War from 1950 to 1954. After his service, Glenn spent most of his long career as a carpet layer in Lubbock, TX. He trained numerous others in the craft of floor covering and was widely known as one of the best in the business.
Glenn was always there for the many people he cared about. He loved listening to his wife read God’s word, attending church, sharing the scriptures and spending time with his family. Glenn was a true man of God and his love for the Lord showed in everything he did. Glenn and Edna were long time members of Trinity Church.
Glenn was preceded in death by his parents, his five siblings, his loving wife of 67 years, Edna, and grandson, Daniel. He is survived by son Randy Jeffcoat and wife Karen, daughter Beverly Fischer and husband Paul, brother-in-law Cecil Beene, 6 grandchildren and 8 great-grandchildren.
