Howard was a man of great kindness, compassion, loyalty and generosity. He loved his family, yearly reunions and close friends. He was loyal to Lubbock and the West Texas area, greatly enjoyed a garage/estate sale shopping, a good road trip, reading historical books, a snappy-banker wardrobe and a good, hearty breakfast. Christmas was by far his favorite holiday. He liked gardening, happy hour with the family and coffee lattes. He had a keen sense of humor, never knew a stranger and carried a gentle, positive outlook all his days. This man, husband, father, grandfather, brother, uncle and friend will be undeniably missed.
Well done our good and faithful servant.
