I didnt know Ian for very long. I met him a couple summers ago and we had a blast hanging out. He had a way of lighting the room up sort of sense. I wish we could have been better friends. I know hes in a better place. I hope everyone in his family finds a way to cope 

It seems like only yesterday I would stand in front of the bus stop and see Ian waiting too. Those were some of the few bus rides back home I'd look forward to, because Ian and I never ran out of things to talk about. Ian provided genuine companionship, as we'd talk and laugh about our many struggles in college.

It breaks my heart to hear about his passing. I wish his family the best.

Ian was an amazing guy. Him and I met in our MIS courses and from there we hit it off to become good friends. He was always funny, never took no for an answer, and worked harder than anyone Ive ever met. I am so lucky to have met let alone become a friend to such a fantastic guy like him. He would always have my back when I was struggling in school and hanging out just playing video games together was some of the best times I had. I will never forget the times we had together, and the memories we shared. I will really miss him; the world needs more people like Ian. It was an honor and a privilege to know him and my sympathies and prayers go out to Ians family. If there is anything I can do please let me know.

Ian was one of the most important people I met in college. I cannot believe he is gone. I don't think I can get over the shock and loss of Ian in my life. 

He was kind, he worked hard, he had a great sense of humor, and was one of my best friends. I will never forget the many memories we've shared.
