Ms. Gillen owned and operated Evins Personell as a very successful businesswoman. After retirement she volunteered for the South Plains Food Bank. She enjoyed playing golf. Ms. Gillen was very involved in her church; Gloria Dei Lutheran. Most of all she was very family oriented, especially with her grandchildren. She will be truly missed.
She is preceded in death by her husband Richard Gillen.
Those left to cherish her memory are her two sons; Mark and Steve Gillen, and daughter Lynda Smith. She was also blessed with 8 grandchildren, 3 great-grandchildren, and two more on the way.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorial be made to Glorial Dei Lutheran Church; 1706 Slide Rd. 79416.
