Janoe Sue Barker

Over the years she owned and operated several restaurants: the Townhouse Inn, Sue’s Kitchen at the KoKo Inn and Paddock Café.

Sue was a hard worker who never met a stranger. She was a firecracker with a heart of gold, who had a great passion for life. She will be greatly missed by many people whose lives she touched.

She was preceded in death by her parents; son, Eddy Brazell; brothers; Joe Pruitt, Clifford Pruitt; sisters, Gladys Galloway, Jessie Crow; and husband, Sammy Barker.

Survived by her family; son, Randy Brazell and wife Eunice of McGregor TX; Randy Seale, significant other and his daughter, Sarah Seale of Lubbock, TX; sister, Shirley Forrest of Lubbock, TX; brother, Jerry Pruitt of Waco, TX; 6 grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.

The family will receive friends from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., Friday, August 30, 2019 at Resthaven Funeral Home.

Celebration of Life will be held at 10:00 a.m., Saturday, August 31, 2019 in Resthaven’s Abbey Chapel.
