Jesus A. Gonzalez, 70, opened his eyes in heaven on February 18, 2021. He was born September 7, 1950 to Adalberto and Avelina Gonzalez in Montemorelos, Nuevo Leon, Mexico. He moved to Tokyo, Tx. in 1965.
He later married Anna M. Gonzalez on January 20, 1971 and made their home in Plains, Tx. He was employed as a pipeline operator for Plains All American, Inc. for 38 years. He was a member of Templo Bautista Nueva Vision. He served as a deacon and treasurer and many other roles in his church and his community.
He is preceded in death by his parents, Adalberto and Avelina Gonzalez and one brother, Adalberto Gonzalez, Jr.
He is survived by his wife, Anna M. Gonzalez, of Plains, Tx. His daughter, Veronica G. Brunner (David Brunner) of Denton, Tx. His two sons, Ricky Gonzalez, of Plains, Tx. and Jesus Gonzalez, Jr. (Christina Gonzalez) of Sanger, Tx. His legacy continues with eight grandchildren. Dustin Jordan, Jada K. Gonzalez, Noah G. Brunner, Jesus Gonzalez III, Jaden P. Gonzalez, Natalie N. Gonzalez, Javien M. Gonzalez, and Jase H. Gonzalez and one brother, Valdemar Gonzalez (Juana) of Plains, Tx.
Visitation will be Thursday February 25, 2021, from 4-9PM at Templo Bautista Nueva Vision, in Plains, Texas.
Funeral Services will be 1:00 Friday, February 26, 2021 at Templo Bautista Nueva Vision.
