Jo is survived by 2 sons, Weldon Russ Turpin and his wife Shawn of Graham, TX and Ricky Dodd Turpin of New Braunfels, TX; 2 grandchildren, Skyler James and Haley Estelle; one brother Don Wayne Tomblin of Lubbock; one sister, Shirley Jean Lyle of Mesquite, TX
Visitation will be Friday August 24 from 7 to 9 pm in Resthaven Funeral Home. Funeral services will be held Saturday August 25, 2012 at 2:00 pm in Temple Baptist Church with burial to follow in Resthaven Memorial Park.
