Judy was born on June 27, 1966, to Jessie G. Ramos. She had five children who she loved very much.
She was a very strong-willed woman. Always handling business on her own, even when she knew she needed some help. She was the definition of resilience; nothing could slow her down, and no one could change her mind. She was tough inside and out.
Judy had a very big heart, always willing to help a friend or her family. She will be missed and loved by so many.

Judy is preceded in death by her parents, Juan and Jessie G. Ramos, sister Beatrice Ramos, Son James G. Carrasco and nephew Christopher Ramos.
She is survived by Brother Johnny Ramos and wife Christina, her Brother Michael Ramos, daughter Stephanie Gaitan and husband Joseph, son Ismael Gaitan. Granddaughters Alyssa and Ava Huerta-Gaitan, grandson Austin Huerta, great-granddaughter Lina Rose Vasquez. Numerous nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews.
