Karen Hope Odom

She was a loving mother and devoted wife, born in Cass County Texas, raised in Muleshoe, she called Lubbock home. She dedicated her life to her family and will be remembered for her kindness, understanding, and strength.

She was preceded in death by her dedicated and loving husband James, her mother Lois, her father William, her brothers Hershal, Herston, Willard, Walter, Charles, and J.O. Parker, and her sister Maudie Ray Tidwell.

She is survived by her loving children Beth Davenport and her husband Al of Pagosa Springs Colorado, Jimmy Odom and his wife Wendy of Schertz Texas, and Tammy Kitten and her husband Brad of Lubbock, her grandchildren, Wesley Walters, Maegan Martinez, Christina Potter, James Odom, Dylan Kitten, Justin Kitten, her great grandchildren Colby Wiseman, Neomi and Nora Walters, Asher Potter, her brother Alton Parker, and sister Judy Metcalf, all of whom will miss her more than words can say. Services will be held at Resthaven Funeral Home and Memorial Park on May 11th at 10:00am.
