She was born on June 5, 2008, in Lubbock, Texas, to Andrea Lynn Rodriguez and Cesar Ruben Smith.
Keira Niema Rodriguez attended Monterey High School and graduated in the class of 2026. She had a passion for arts and crafts and will always be remembered for her outdoor adventures and her pet ferret, as she was an animal lover.
She was preceded in death by her Grandpa, Andy Lomas Rodriguez, her Uncle, Guillermo Renee Flores, and her Grandma, Artemisa G. Smith.
She is survived by her parents, Andrea Lynn Rodriguez and Cesar Ruben Smith; her brothers, Rocky A. Rodriguez and Cesar R. Smith Jr., and her sister Alexus M. Rodriguez; as well as her fur baby, Buddy, her ferret.
