Liam was born on May 16, 2017 in Biloxi Mississippi to parents Elliot and Meagan Lucero.

Liam is survived by his parents, Elliot and Meagan; His brothers Jaden and Cameron; his paternal grandparents Sylvia Zapata and Rogelio Zapata and Patricio Lucero; His maternal grandparents Cindy Valerio, and Kendra and Domingo Ybarra; Three great-grandparents Felix Cobos Jr., Janie Valerio, Maria Ferreira; three aunts Mia Moore, Kimberly Ramirez and Taylor Ybarra; one uncle Joseph Zapata; and five cousins.
