Libby Caranfa Eubank; a loving wife, caring mother, beloved daughter, granddaughter, sister, aunt, niece, cousin, and friend, left this world to join her Heavenly Father at the age of 34 on September 8, 2021, in Lubbock, Texas. Libby was born to Toni Krebbs and Dominic Caranfa on June 7, 1987, in Lubbock.
She graduated from Monterey High School and Texas Tech University. Libby married Jacob Eubank at Lake Granbury, Texas. She served as a legal assistant for the FBSR&W law firm. Libby was blessed with a love for children, both her own and the children whose lives she touched with her work with the Honorable Judge Kara Darnell as a court coordinator with Child Protective Court. She was an inspiration to others through her dedication and service.
Libby grew up playing softball, and despite bumps and bruises, she continued her love of the game with Jacob at the Second Baptist Church softball team. The Eubanks enjoyed sharing outdoor activities and going to the family farm.
One always knew where Libby stood, and she was respected for that trait. She was a free spirit with a huge heart who loved life. She kept her extended family fully entertained at their many gatherings. She was fiercely devoted to those she loved; she was no-nonsense and loyal. Libby had a fondness for the older generation and was entertained by their stories. She especially enjoyed the stories of her beloved granddad, Don. More than all of this, she was a loving wife to Jacob, a caring mother to Hadley and Huxley, and a beloved daughter to Toni and Dominic.
Libby was preceded in death by her grandparents, Donald and Patricia Krebbs.
Those left to cherish her memory are her parents, Toni Krebbs and Dominic Caranfa; her husband, Jacob, and her children, Hadley and Huxley. Other loved ones include Libby’s siblings: Taylor Stover, Rusty Caranfa, Marty McSpadden, Domie Caranfa, and Jim Caranfa, and a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
When you think of Libby, celebrate the good memories that you have of her and live life to the fullest.
One heartbeat stopped and another one started anew.
