Linda Ruth Morgan

A celebration of her life will be held at 11 am on Saturday, January 8, 2011, at Fellowship Church – Grapevine Campus Chapel (2450 North Highway 121, Grapevine, Texas 76051) with Pastor Chris Prater and Pastor Matthew Parker officiating. Linda was born on September 1, 1952, in Fort Worth, Texas, to Homer and Modina (Patterson) Kelley. She was a member of Fellowship Church in Fort Worth and worked for Continental Land Resources, LLC, out of Roswell, New Mexico, and Lubbock, Texas. Linda loved to scrapbook, collect things, take care of her animals, make Build-A-Bears for children and herself, and share sherbet with Sydney as often as possible.

Those left to cherish her memories include her son, Cody Daniel Morgan and wife, Amy Lynn Morgan, of Fort Worth; granddaughter, Sydney Elyse Morgan (AKA Nana’s Tooterbug) of Fort Worth; mother, Modina Gilley of Weatherford; father, Homer Kelley of Cleburne; siblings: Carol Tinney, Jesse Gilley, Bennie Kelley, Marty Kelley, Patricia Martin, Michael Gilley, Richard Gilley, and Vickie Klein; and numerous cousins, nieces, nephews, and dear friends.
