Martha L. White, aged 71, passed away on February 23, 2016, after a long struggle with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease. Martha was born July 4, 1944, in Dallas, TX, the daughter of William F. and Martha E. Crome.
She was a proud graduate of Texas Tech University. Some of her most admired attributes were as a loyal, dedicated wife, mother, grandmother, sister, and aunt. She was a very private, but generous person as she touched many people's lives. She lived a very fulfilling life as an elementary teacher for Lubbock ISD. She will be dearly missed by all who knew her.
She is survived by her husband of 52 years, Kent; sons, Christopher and Matthew; daughters-in-law, Malley and Billie; five granddaughters, Brandy, Brittney, Madeleine, Katherine and Abigail and her brothers, William and Robert Crome.
