(Lambert) Daniel in Clark County, Arkansas, She married Ray Driggers February 27, 1943 where they lived in Hot Springs, Arkansas before moving to Lubbock, Texas in 1950.
Mary was a devoted wife, loving mother and doting grandmother, whose family always remained her most precious treasure. She joined St. Luke's Methodist Church in 1961 where she was active in the United Methodist Women, holding several offices including President, and was a member and President of the Homebuilder's Sunday School Class.
She enjoyed doing auxiliary work since 1964 at Covenant Medical Center and Grace Hospital.
Mary was a faithful member of her Thursday ladies coffee group that met for many years.
She was preceded in death by her parents, three brothers, two sisters and her husband, Ray.
Mary is survived by her daughter, Susie Freeman and husband Phil of Lubbock; her son, Charles Driggers and wife Brandi of Lubbock; three
Grandchildren: Josh Freeman, Storm Driggers and Darcy Driggers, and two great-grandchildren, Riley and Emma Freeman.
Visitation with be 6:00-7:00PM Friday at Resthaven Funeral Home.
Graveside services for family and friends will be 10:00AM Saturday at Resthaven Memorial Park.
In lieu of flowers, memorials can be sent to St. Luke’s Methodist Church, Lubbock, Texas.
