Mary C. Durham

Services for Mary Durham, 93, of Lubbock will be held at 2:30 pm June 29, 2026 at Resthaven Chapel with Ryan Smallwood officiating. Interment will follow at Resthaven Memorial Park. Visitation will be at 1:00 prior to the service.

Mary passed away on Tuesday, June 23, 2026.

Mary was born on November 19, 1932 in Cochran County to the late George and Hattie Tyson. She married Tommy Joe Durham on June 29, 1951 in Lubbock County. They were married for 56 years until his passing in 2009.

Her husband, parents, two sisters, Wyvonna Price and Jeannie Williams, and one brother, Buck Tyson, preceded her in death.

She is survived by son, Tommy Durham Jr. and wife Helen of Blanket; daughter, Gail Holt and husband George of Lamesa; brother, Troy Tyson and wife Juanice, of Levelland; two grandsons, Lance Holt and wife Sarah of Lorenzo, and Tyler Durham and wife Kelly of Lubbock; seven great-grandchildren, Emily and her husband Troy, Tyler, Bryce, Nathan, Grace, Ellie, and Braxton, and three great-great-grandchildren, Jayce, Jordan, and Charlotte.
