Melvin Ray "Chris" Christopher

He married the love of his life Glenda Rucker Tussy on July 3, 1993 in Lubbock, Texas. She preceded him in death on December 14, 2017. Chris was a long- time employee of Armstrong Mechanical.

He is survived by a son, Tony Christopher and wife Denise of Abernathy; two daughters, Christi Christopher of Lubbock and Lisa Padgett of Wolfforth; two step-daughters, Kathy Horkey and husband Rice of Lubbock, Jan Harp of Fort Worth, and a step-son, Brad Tussy and wife Ashley of Oklahoma City; two sisters, Emma Mahaney of Lubbock and Lena Wood of Plano; 13 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren.

The family would like to give a special thanks to Sue Flowers for her many years of love, support, and friendship in caring for Chris and Glenda. We also thank the staff at Wedgewood South for the loving care they provided for our father and grandfather.
