Melvin passed from this life Tuesday, April 12, 2011. Melvin Leon Richards was born May 21, 1946 in Levelland, Texas to the late Corene Self. He married Ruby Howard on March 21, 1968.
Those left to honor and cherish his memory are his wife, daughters; Amy Yeoman and Ida Nosek, one son; Melvin Richards, Jr., one brother; Tommy Self and 4 grandchil-dren, Angela, Jakon, Hunter and Tessa.
